This is a Swedish double-breasted leather work jacket from the 1930s or 1940s.
This leather jacket was originally adopted for military use, but was later manufactured as workwear.
The front is double-breasted. This leather jacket is appealing just for that. The buttons are all original corozo buttons, and all are in perfect condition. The stand-up collar is a distinctive design, and the front buttons are narrow, so you can wear it with the buttons open without it flapping around, for a neat look.
The back is fitted with a martingale pin-stitched cinch-back belt. A vintage detail not found in modern clothing is very beautiful.
To prevent wind from entering, the left and right sides of the front can be reversed.
