50s Belgian Army Ball&Moon Camoflauge Over Pants Early Model DEADSTOCK

These are Belgian Army Ball & Moon Camo overpants from 1953.

Ball Moon Camo is a pair of overpants featuring a camouflage pattern characterized by rounded shapes. This pattern originated from the one first used by the British Army during World War II. Later, the Belgian Army based these pants on it. While Brushstroke Camo was generally used for a long period of time, these pants were only used for a short period from the early to mid-1950s. As a result, there are very few pants in circulation.

Originally developed as overpants to be worn over pants, by tightening the waist you can wear them as wide pants with a relaxed silhouette.

These pants are available in early and late styles. The differences between them are the fabric weight, whether or not they have buttons on the rise and waist, and whether or not they have a button fly. The early style is made of a densely woven plain weave cotton material. Compared to the later style, they are softer and lighter. The condition is deadstock. There are center creases like creases from folding. There are no other tears or scratches.
